Last week, Lynn’s CEO, Shayoni Lynn, Director of Lynn Planet, Samar Khanna, and Senior Campaign’s Manager, Benjamin Cresswell, attended Anthropy Conference. The conference acted as a gathering of minds. Here, industry leaders, business owners, scientists, researchers and policy makers to discuss the environment, sustainability, sustainable policy and behaviour change.
The team walked away from Anthropy with a lot to consider. After meeting engaging and thought-provoking industry experts in sustainability and the environment — as well as enjoying the Eden Project experience — the event asked its attendees to reflect on their own business practices.
Here is a short roundup of what our team got up to at this year’s Anthropy event:
- Despite it being Shayoni’s first panel at Anthropy Conference, she led the discussion about businesses’ role in sustainable models.
- On the last day of Anthropy, Shayoni, David Gallagher (Lynn Advisor and industry leading expert) and Kamal Ahmed (Co-Founder of The News Movement) talked about the future of media.

Conferences like Anthropy play a crucial role in bringing together leaders from different sectors to explore what businesses can do in promoting this cross-societal collaboration and contribute towards a more sustainable future. And what is good for the planet, is good for business. The challenge at hand is to build businesses which deliver on their objectives, whilst ensuring they do so in a planet worth living in.
Stay tuned for our key takeaways and insights from Anthropy soon. In the meantime here are a few key outtakes from @Lynn_Global our twitter channel:
