Lynn has appointed Stephen Waddington as a Non-Executive Director as the agency continues to grow. The PR Week New Agency to Watch and PRCA DARE New Consultancy of the Year aims to diversify its client portfolio and grow the team to ten by the end of the year.
As a leading agency delivering data-driven strategic communications and behavioural science, Lynn has picked up several new clients over the past few months across public health, tourism, road safety, housing and local government.
Waddington’s appointment caps off a whirlwind year for Lynn. It has already delivered several successful campaigns and projects for the NHS in London, Bristol and Wales, The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), and Mid Wales Tourism over the past 10 months.
The agency has also invested in several new positions including a Senior Account Director and Head of Business Development. It has also added several specialists to its associate roster to support campaign execution.
Waddington’s appointment to the management board will support the agency as it targets its next phase of growth. With a proven track record in growing and scaling agencies, Waddington will support the Lynn PR management team with planning, strategic decision making and execution.
